The main objects of the foundation for which the trust is established are as under:

To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, help in the setting up, running and, or, maintaining of all type educational institutions for promoting and ensuring capacity building in education, training, and research as per govt. rules

To undertake, organize, assist, promote, support and, or, coordinate all activities aimed at creating and stimulating an awareness to address the Legal awareness and challenge faced by India

To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, help in the setting up, running and, or, maintaining of libraries, research centres, laboratories, and information services to promote and facilitate the objectives of the trust as per govt. rules

To undertake, organize, establish, promote, set-up, maintain, assist, support and, or, facilitate study courses, workshops, conferences, lectures, internships, and other similar activities in furtherance of the objectives of the foundation as per govt. rules

To undertake, support, and promote all activities aimed at extending and strengthening co-operation with professional, national, regional and international organizations

To constitute collaborate or cause to be constituted Regional Branches or Chapters at convenient centres in India to promote the objectives of the foundation

To receive and administer funds and, or, grants from or through any agency within India or elsewhere, and also to collect funds locally and administer the same, according to the law, for the time being in force
